How To:
Start lying on your back holding a pilates ring with a strap around your elbows as shown. Bend your arms bringing the pilates ring toward the top of your head. Straighten your arms so moving the pilates ring toward the ceiling. Pay special attention that your hands stay even and that the pilates ring does not rotate as you extend our arms.
Hemiplegia Tip:
- Secure your involved hand to the pilates ring with a blue strap
- You may have. tendency to move your uninvolved arm more than the involved arm which will cause the pilates ring to rotate. Try and avoid this by keep the pilates ring from rotating.
