How To:
Start lying on your back holding a pilates ring in your hands with a blue strap around your elbows as shown. Reach your arm over your head paying specialist attention to keep the elbows straight as you perform this movement. Pay specialist attention that your shoulders due not come up off the support surface. Also pay specialist attention that the pilates ring does not rotate. This would indicate that you may be using the strong arm more than the weak arm.

Use a blue strap to strap your hand to the pilates ring
