How To: 

Start seated with hands on blocks as shown. Lean backward slightly until you feel like your arms are supporting you. Now lift. your hips up off the mat. Once in this position, march while maintaining your hips off of the support surface

If you have a helper, as hiim/her if they can hold your hand in place on the block
