How To: 

Start seated with hands on blocks as shown. Lean backward slightly until you feel like your arms are supporting you. Now lift. your hips up off the mat. Pay special attention that your arms are supporting your upper body. A common error is to lean forward so that your arms do not have to support your upper body.
