How To:
Start standing with your feet about 1-2 feel away from the wall. Place your hands on the wall at shoulder height. You should feel like you are leaning forward and that the wall is supporting you. Pay special attention to keep the elbows straight. Shift your body slightly so that your body is centered over one leg as you bring the other leg forward. Return to the starting position. Repeat this with the other leg.
