How To:
Start by placing the blackboard (small wobble board), on top of a standard wobble board. Make sure the dowel on the black board is positioned to 1 side so that the board tips inward as shown. Make sure the fulcrum of the large wobble board runs side to side (not front to back). Place your foot on the boards as shown. Tips the standard wobble board front end up as show. Relax so that the board returns to a flat position. Repeat.
