How To:
Start lying on your back with a dowel rod in your hands as shown. Pay special attention to get the dowel rod as close to parallel to the mat as possible. Of note, this may be challenging if you have tightness in your shoulder. Extend your arms pushing the bar away from your head keeping the bar on the mat as you perform the movement.
