How To;
Start lying face down with your arm positioned as shown. Use the “uninvolved” arm to rotate your body. You should feel a stretch on the front of the shoulder
Hemiplegia Tip:
If you can’t get your arm in this position due to tightness, Place a firm surface next to the mat that is a little lower than the surface you are lying on. Place your arm in the same position on the lower surface versus placing it on the mat.
