How To:

Start seated with hands on blocks as shown. Push down and extend one arm. As you do this, lift the hip on that same side and move it forward toward the edge of the support surface. Now push down into the block on the other side as you lift that hip and move the hip on that side toward the edge of the support surface. You should notice your position on the support surface is moving closer to the edge. Continue this sequence until your bottom is all the way at the edge of the support surface. Now reverse this sequence.
