How To: Start lying on your back with your arms extended overhead as shown. Lift your bottom by pressing down through your heels.

Trunk Rotation with Arms Extended

How To: Start lying on your back with your arms extended overhead as shown and your legs on a gym ball. Rotated your legs from side to side. Pay special attention that both shoulders stay in contact with the mat/support surface.

Standing Shoulder External Rotation

How To: Start standing with the arm supported in a bodyweight training strap. Rotated the arm outward. Pay special attention to keep the elbow in close to your side.

Seated March w Shoulder Flexion

How To: Start seated holding a dowel rod over your head as shown. Perform a march with the legs while at the same time trying to keep both arms extended toward the ceiling.

Banded Squat

How To: Start standing with a pull up assist band under both feet and around the shoulder as shown. Position your feet so that they are shoulder width apart. Bend your knees so you are in a squat position. Return to standing.
